At Aphoria Nails, every set is handcrafted with care. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

​

All sets are made to order.
Our current processing time is:

• 3–5 business days

During busy periods (Christmas, sales, launch days), processing may extend by 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping (Evri/Royal Mail) — £3.50 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / equivalent) — £5.00
Orders must be placed before 12pm for same-day dispatch.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

3. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the courier

• Parcels marked as “delivered” but not received

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

4. International Shipping

​

International shipping times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes.

5. Tracking

​

All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

6. Pre-Orders

​

If you purchase a pre-order item, your full order will ship once everything is ready.
If you need items separately, please order them separately.
