1. General Information
1.1 These Terms govern the sale of press-on nails and related products offered by Aphoria Nails (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By purchasing from our website or social platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Product Information
2.1 All press-on nails are handmade, and slight variations in colour, design, or placement may occur.
2.2 Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.
2.3 Custom sets are created based on the measurements you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3.2 Processing may be longer during peak seasons or sales.
3.3 Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (if offered).
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£).
4.2 Prices may change at any time without notice.
4.3 Payment must be received in full before we begin creating or dispatching your order.
5. Shipping
5.1 Aphoria Nails ships within the UK using reputable couriers such as Royal Mail or Evri.
5.2 Shipping options:
Standard Flat Rate: £3.50
Next Day Delivery: £5.00
5.3 Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
5.4 We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
5.5 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you must cover the reshipping fee.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
6.1 Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6.2 Custom sets made to your measurements are non-refundable.
6.3 If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
6.4 Refunds will only be issued if the product is proven to be faulty on our part.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not yet begun.
7.2 After 24 hours, or once work has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
8. Sizing Policy
8.1 You are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements.
8.2 We strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing a custom set.
8.3 Aphoria Nails is not liable for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
9. Use of Products
9.1 Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.
9.2 We are not responsible for allergic reactions, damages, or misuse of nail glues, adhesives, or any included accessories.
9.3 Application and removal instructions must be followed carefully.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All designs, photos, product descriptions, and branding associated with Aphoria Nails are our intellectual property.
10.2 You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute our work in any form.
11. Privacy
11.1 We only collect information necessary to process your order.
11.2 Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except for shipping and payment processing.
