Aphoria Nails reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect sizing, misuse of products, or normal wear and tear.

Returns and refunds policy

Because each set of press-on nails from Aphoria Nails is made to order and customised specifically for you, we kindly ask customers to review this Returns Policy before placing an order.

1. Cancellations

​

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.

​

2. Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Colour differences due to screen display

  • Wear and tear or damage after use

Please ensure you measure your nails accurately. A sizing guide is provided on our website.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue on our part:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the issue and your order number

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement set

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

​

4. Lost Parcels

​

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier.
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, you must raise the issue directly with the courier.

5. Exchanges

​

We do not offer size exchanges as each set is custom made.
If you need a different size, a new order will be required.
